Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 medium eggs
    2 to 3 c. chopped apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix
    with
    a
    spoon
    in mixing bowl the sugar, eggs and oil. Sift
    dry ingredients together.
    Gradually add to liquid mixture; mixing well.
    Add apples, vanilla and nuts; mix well. Pour\tinto greased
    and
    floured tube pan.
    Bake in preheated oven 40\tto 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not open oven during first 30 minutes.
    A confectioners sugar glaze can be used.
