Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Add all ingredients; mix well.
    Heat 1 1/4 inches of cooking oil in skillet to 375\u00b0.
    Hold finger over hole in funnel (3/8-inch opening is best).
    Pour 1/4 cup batter in funnel.
    Hold over hot oil; remove finger from funnel hole and drizzle in a circular motion to form spiral.
    Fry for 1 minute, or until brown; turn and brown on other side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon or powdered sugar.
