Raisin Nut Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. chopped raisins
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Melt chocolate with butter on temperature controlled burner set at 150\u00b0.
Remove and add corn syrup, milk, vanilla and salt. Blend well.
Gradually blend in sugar, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in raisins and nuts, mixing well.
Turn into a lightly buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan, spreading evenly. Chill in gas refrigerator until firm, about 2 1/2 hours.
Cut into squares.
Makes 3 dozen squares.
