Hamburger Or Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or cubed venison
    onion salt or 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    hot, buttered noodles or rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir meat and onion in margarine until meat is light brown.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in soup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through.
    Serve over noodles.
