Apple Pie - Gool 'Ol - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tart apples
2 tsp. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Make a
pastry
shell
for
two
crust 8 or 9-inch pie. Pare apples,
core and slice.
Rub flour into bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
Arrange apples in pastry shell; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix one cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg;
sprinkle
over apples.
Dot with butter or margarine. Cover
with pastry.
Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
