Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, cut or grated
2 small carrots, grated
1 green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

Mix cabbage, carrots, pepper and salt.
Let stand for 1 hour, then squeeze dry.
Mix vinegar, celery seed and sugar.
Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute.
Cool.
Pour over slaw.
This is good frozen for later use.
