Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients; set aside.
    Combine oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Gradually add dry ingredients mixing well.
    Add carrots and mix well.
    Pour into 3 (8-inch) round pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
