Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. smoked sausage links
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except sausage and cheese.
    Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Arrange sausage links on top of potato mixture.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Uncovered, with cheese on top, bake 5 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
