Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. green tomatoes
    4 qt. red tomatoes
    1 large cabbage
    2 doz. onions
    6 red peppers
    6 green peppers
    1 c. salt
    10 c. sugar
    1 gal. vinegar
    1 c. white mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. horseradish
Preparation
    Put veggies through food chopper.
    Add salt and let stand overnight.
    In morning, drain and add vinegar, sugar, spices and horseradish.
    Cook for 20 minutes and seal up.
    Yield:
    23 pints.
