Quick But Delicious Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peach pie filling (any fruit will do)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pour pie filling into baking dish.
    Put tablespoon of butter (divided into portions) in with filling and leave in oven while preheated just to melt butter.
    In bowl, mix sugar, flour and salt together.
    Slowly add milk as you blend it into dry ingredients. Mix well.
    Pour all over top of filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is golden brown.
