Plaza Iii Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 gal. water
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. Accent (m.s.g. or beef base)
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. each: onion, carrots and celery
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Melt in butter.
    Mix in flour. Add water and whole tomatoes.
    Add Accent and black pepper. Parboil onion, carrots and celery; add to mixture.
    Add frozen mixed vegetables and bring to a boil.
    Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
