Microwave Turkey Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 large onions, sliced
    3 c. cooked, cubed turkey
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole dish place butter, onions and garlic. Microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until onion is limp.
    Add turkey, broth, tomato sauce, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Microwave at High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot.
    Stir in sour cream into hot mixture just before serving.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
