Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 apples, peeled and chopped

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour, salt, soda, vanilla, nuts and apples.
Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan and cook about 30 to 35 minutes at 300\u00b0.
