Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, grated fine or put in blender
2 c. zucchini squash or eggplant, grated fine or put in blender
1 egg
4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

If blender is used, blend potatoes and squash or eggplant together.
Add one egg, milk and flour.
Mix all together in blender and fry in part oil and part butter to a golden brown.
