Diet Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
2 c. tomato juice
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. cabbage, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 c. green beans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are tender. Longer cooking improves flavor.
Meats can be added.
This recipe can be canned.
