Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    6 browned pork chops
    3 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 pkg. Lipton instant onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put the rice in the bottom of the casserole dish.
    Put 3/4 of the onion soup mix, drained mushrooms and 3 cups of hot water on the rice.
    Put the pork chops on top and sprinkle with the remaining onion soup mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes. Uncover the dish the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking time.
