Strawberry-Applesauce Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. orange juice
    2 c. chunky applesauce
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add orange juice and applesauce. Refrigerate until consistency of egg whites. Add nuts. Refrigerate until set.
