Corn And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 sliced onions
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 c. water
    2 chicken stock cubes
    1/2 c. cream
    16 oz. can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan and add onion.
    Add potatoes, water and stock cubes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add creamed corn.
    Reheat.
    Do not boil.
    Serve and sprinkle with chives.
