Mom'S Chicken And Mushroom Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boboli shell
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. chopped scallions
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch slices
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/8 tsp. each: basil, parsley and fresh ground black pepper
    1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes or stewed tomatoes Italian style
    pinch of dried basil and parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. fat-reduced Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
    1/4 c. each: fat-reduced Swiss cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese (reduced-fat)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Trim Boboli shell (see recipe).
    Place shell in pizza pan. Trim to fit.
