Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oats
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Combine oats and boiling water in a large bowl.
Let stand 10 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients except chocolate chips.
Mix well. Stir 1/2 chips into batter.
Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix rest of chips with coconut and chopped nuts. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
