Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
dash of parsley
1 small clove of garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste or your own sauce
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
1 pkg. mild sausage
1 pkg. sweet sausage
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Brown onion and garlic.
Add ground beef.
Cook until done; drain.
Set aside.
Cut sausages into small slices and fry until well done.
Add to ground beef mixture.
Add tomato sauce and paste.
Season to taste.
Add dash of sugar; simmer.
Cook noodles as directed; 8 to 10 minutes.
Place in cold water until ready to use.
In bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg, cottage cheese and parsley; mix well.
Drain noodles.
Put layer of noodles in pan, spoon on sauce, cheese mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
Continue, ending with Mozzarella.
Cook 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
