Apple-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sweet apple
    3 stalks celery, cut fine
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 Tbsp. raisins
    1 can corn, drained
    2 c. cooked rice, allowed to cool
    3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    pinch of paprika
Preparation
    Cut apple and celery into small pieces.
    Add carrot, raisins and corn.
    When rice has cooled, add a little at a time so that rice is evenly distributed.
    About an hour before you want to use it, mix with 3 to 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
    Top with a pinch of paprika.
    Serves 4.
