Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. sifted flour
3 c. grated apples
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar in mixer.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Bake in Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
