Seven-Minute Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Cook in microwave oven on High for 7 minutes.
    Cool for 7 minutes.
    Pack into a jar.
    Chill. Yield: about 1 pint.
