Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour
    1 or 2 potatoes, boiled, cubed
Preparation
    Add potatoes
    to chicken broth.
    Beat egg with milk and salt and add enough flour
    for a stiff dough (like pie dough). Roll out and cut in\tsquares.
    Drop\tin
    boiling chicken broth and cook until done, around\t20 minutes.
    Make a little thickening and put in when
    finished.\tParsley
    may be added if you have some.
