Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; make a deep crisscross slash in each and fill with butter and a little chopped onion.
    Wrap in double thickness of heavy foil and place right on the coals for about 40 minutes. Open carefully to avoid steam.
