Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans hominy (white), drain
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 stick margarine
    1 jar pimento pepper, drained (small jar)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered about 1 hour.
    (Stir about half done to mix the cheese.)
