Ham And Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. chopped, low sodium, 96% fat-free ham
    2 c. flour
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of ground red pepper
    1 c. 1% low-fat milk
Preparation
    Coat medium size nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over low heat until hot.
    Add ham; saute 3 minutes.
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in bowl.
    Add milk and stir until moist. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls into a baking sheet, coating well with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
    Yields 4 dozen biscuits.
