Massachusetts Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 large egg
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch pie plate or fluted quiche dish.
Add cranberries and sprinkle with nuts and 1/2 cup sugar.
In medium size bowl, beat egg with remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
Add flour and melted butter.
Beat until there are no lumps.
Pour over berry mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve with spoon.
