Asian Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. beef round tip steak (1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness)
1 jalapeno pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 pkg. Ramen beef flavor noodles
1/4 c. steak sauce
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 small onion, diced

Preparation

Preparing Ham:
use a 50 pound lard can.
Trim and wash ham; cut the hock bone off and a small piece from the bottom of the ham so it will fit into the can.
(A saw may be used for this.)
Cover the ham with water overnight.
