Lime Mist Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
pineapple juice

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add pineapple juice.
Chill until slightly thick.
Beat until foamy.
Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
Chill until firm.
