Pepper Steak Grill - cooking recipe
Ingredients

top round (2 inches thick)
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 bay leaf
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
meat tenderizer (unseasoned)
cracked pepper
Preparation

Pierce meat with fork and put about 2 teaspoons unseasoned meat tenderizer on it.
Let stand about 2 hours.
Mix remaining ingredients and marinate meat at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Turn meat occasionally.
Pound 2 tablespoons cracked pepper into meat before grilling.
