Chuck Roast And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. Dale's sauce
    rice, cooked per pkg. instructions to make 6 c.
    1/4 c. flour
    small amount water
Preparation
    Cut chuck roast into small pieces.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Let set 1 to 2 hours.
    Melt margarine.
    Pour over meat along with Dale's sauce.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain juice from meat into large skillet.
    Put in flour.
    Stir over medium heat to thicken into gravy.
    Add small amount of water to thin gravy.
    Pour this back over meat; cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.
    Pour meat and gravy over rice.
    Serves 8 to 10.
