Broccoli Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli in 1-inch salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and put in ungreased casserole.
Mix soup and milk until smooth, then pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Mix oleo and Bisquick until it is coarse.
Sprinkle over cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until brown.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven. Delicious.
