Coconut Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. tart shells
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and melted margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into tart shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until done.
    Makes about 12 to 14 tarts.
