Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
5 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 oz. cooking wine
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breasts, skins removed
Preparation

Add all ingredients together.
Place chicken in baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours covered. Remove cover for last 1/2 hour.
