Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 egg, beaten
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. Minute rice
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine egg and 1/4 cup soup.
Stir in rice, onion, parsley flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
(Put some Worcestershire sauce in meat mixture, also).
Add meat and mix well.
Shape into balls.
Place in a 10-inch skillet.
Mix remaining soup with Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Pour over meatballs.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes.
Turn over halfway through.
