Egg Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 medium stalks celery, chopped finely
    1 c. shredded processed American \"lite\" cheese
    1/2 c. \"lite\" mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. salted peanuts
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. mustard (dry or prepared)
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except lettuce.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 1/2 hours.
    Mound mixture onto lettuce cups.
    Serve with party crackers.
    Yields 4 servings.
