Oven Fried Cornmeal Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 catfish steaks (about 1 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. cornmeal
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Defrost fish, if frozen.
    Spray a nonstick pan until slick with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle cornmeal on plate.
    Fork whip egg, oil and lemon juice together in another dish.
    Dip fish in the egg mixture, then the crumbs, coating both sides.
    Arrange fish in a single layer on the nonstick pan.
    Place the pan on the bottom shelf and bake at 475\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is golden brown.
