Acorn Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium acorn squash
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cut squash in half.
    Remove pits.
    Place in pot.
    Cover with water.
    Boil on stove top until done.
    Scoop squash from the shell.
    In a bowl, mix squash, margarine, sugar and heavy cream together.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
