Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium carrots
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Cut carrots crosswise in 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Cook, covered, until just tender.
    Drain.
    Then combine honey, cornstarch, salt and ginger in a small saucepan.
    Add orange juice.
    Cook and stir constantly until bubbly and thick.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in butter.
    Pour over hot carrots, stirring to coat evenly.
    Garnish with parsley.
