Love Letters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded, cooked chicken, shrimp or crawfish
    4 large green onions, finely chopped
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese (omit if you use shrimp or crawfish)
    dash of garlic and onion powder
    dash of salt
    1 lb. wonton wrappers
    vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine chicken, green onions, cheese, garlic and onion powders and salt in a medium size bowl.
    Mix well.
    Place wrappers on counter with a corner facing you.
    Put 1 teaspoon chicken mixture slightly below center of wrapper and fold bottom of corner up.
    Fold sides in, points overlapping, and wet edges to seal. Deep fry, a few at a time, until golden brown and crispy around edges.
    Drain and serve hot.
