Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 rolls hot or mild sausage
1/2 lb. grated cheese per lb. sausage
2 eggs per lb. sausage
1/3 c. Bisquick per lb. sausage
Preparation
-
Mix sausage, cheese, eggs and Bisquick together.
Roll into balls.
Place on cookie sheet. Bake until done.
Pour off grease and serve.
