White Christmas Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    3 large egg whites
    1 c. sugar, divided
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Bake a 9-inch pie shell.
    Soften the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Mix together in saucepan 1/2 cup sugar, flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk.
    Stir constantly until it boils; boil 1 minute.
    Stir in the softened gelatin; cool.
