Oil And Vinegar Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. dried chives
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all except oil. Blend 10 seconds. Add oil. Blend 10 seconds. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 cup.
