Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crab flavored fish pieces
    16 oz. good quality marinara pasta sauce
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 c. small cooked shrimp or 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 dry white wine
    8 lasagna noodles, cooked
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut crab-flavored fish into bite size pieces; set aside.
