Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh cooked squash
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    brown sugar substitute to equal 1/2 c.
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. skim evaporated milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine squash, spices and sugar. Mix well.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
