1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 tsp. salt
dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
crust for 1 (9-inch) pie
