Italian Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, drained and sliced
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat.
    Add oats, tomato sauce, spinach, egg, seasonings and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Pack half of this mixture into baking dish (9 x 12-inch).
    Next, layer tomatoes and remaining meat mixture over tomatoes.
    Top with remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
