Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 c. diced celery
1 sweet pepper (red or green)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Chop and combine first 3 ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients; heat and then cool.
After sugar-vinegar-salt-celery-mustard seed mixture cools, pour over cabbage mixture; package and freeze.
